a personalised approach to your wellbeing

Mary Brennan, a smiling female therapist with long blonde hair, wearing a dark brown turtleneck, standing in front of a light-colored wooden wall.

At Loom, we believe in the power of stories to shape our reality.

The stories we carry — personal and generational — frame how we understand ourselves and the world. Could it be time to re-shape yours?

until we make the unconscious conscious it will direct our lives and we will call it fate
